If your after a used Toyota in Victoria you must see James dastaghir .my wife says I'm a male Karen I complain about everything and anything young James there put up with 2 weeks of nagging photos calls texts total pain in the arse.now what James did not know I had already sent a mate to check the car for imperfections. So I quizzed the young man did it have any imperfections remember now I was getting the car shipped to south Australia so he knows I couldn't tell what was wrong he did not lie he did not bent the truth he told it as it was he could of easily forgot to mention so little marks as they were tiny.im 50 been lied to more times than I can could from dealerships..James was 10 out of 10 if you are looking make sure you ask for James you will not regret it

I recently experienced an unfortunate hit-and-run incident that resulted in my car being a total loss. After identifying the responsible party through our dash cam footage, we came to Brighton Toyota where Sona Amir assisted us as our sales person. Sona provided absolutely fantastic service throughout the entire process. She truly stood in our shoes and gave us thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our needs. When I had a change of mind regarding the options, she patiently and kindly redid the contract for us without any hesitation. Our new car has been ordered, and we are incredibly grateful for her excellent service. What truly blew my mind was discovering through our email correspondence that her title is "Sales Trainee." Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service skills are far beyond what you'd expect from someone in a training position. Sona absolutely deserves a promotion! She's an asset to Brighton Toyota, and we couldn't be happier with the experience she provided during such a stressful time. Highly recommend asking for Sona Amir when visiting Brighton Toyota!
